Just did some bench and DB rows, I felt like absolute crap so I went home early. It felt like I was gonna collapse under my own weight, so yeah.

I ate and napped after getting home so I had some strength to at least go on a run

I know I'm not the best at tempo runs so I figured I should start "easy" and go for 1km at a 6:30/km pace, but I was easily running at under 6:00/km, so I figured I'll go at 5:30-5:45/km. Then, after 500m at my turn around point, I still felt strong and it still felt easy, so I went for a mile.
