felt way harder than it should've, but also I felt like I couldn't go any slower. I'll admit I walked like 100-150m, so that kind of killed my avg pace, i think it would be something closer to 6-6:30/km but anyways yeah
um whoops I took way too long off but because of the cold I had to stay home for at least 2 days and my depression kicked in very conveniently so that was fun but at least I at least partially cleaned up my room yesterday so that's something

I cut from 4 to 10 because even going to 1 I felt horrible, I couldn't run, and my legs felt like lead. Going to 4 is when I practically gave up, I think my cold got worse from doing the night-O yesterday so rip...Felt awful, I was glad to have walked it at least. I went on red because I thought I could push through the cold like I did yesterday but I really couldn't this time.
