i did the run5 mins walk 1 min again so that was t so horriblw
After driving for like 8 hours straight I kinda wanted to just collapse in bed but I convinced myself to run before collapsing in bed

wanted to do a workout where I ran 3 min @ 5:00/km pace and then walked 1:30, I quit a bit over 1min into my second set because tbh I felt like crap and just wanted to chill.

Felt like complete crap, Ive got a sore throat again and even though I slept 10+ hours I still felt like I neede to sleep more

I tried this thing to get in more moleage that I ran for 10 mins, walked 1 min, ran 5 min, walked 1 min 2x. I probably would've tried to go for longer but I have to drive my dad to the airport, so limited time. I actually felt really good, and listening to how people got murdered was really fun (just a true crime podcast, no worries); it actually helped better than music does, and better than the other podcast I listen to does because the other podcast is really funny and it's sorta hard to run while laughing

Did fine, I mean all there really was was running on trails and fighting through briars so my legs kinda hurt after, like it was rough for them (maybe cuz all i did for a whole week was lay in bed but yeah)

my hr monitor was still funky, cuz it showed that my max hr was under 100bpm which I very highly doubt cuz ow the hills and the running
