Running warm up/down 5:42 [3] 0.79 km (7:11 / km)
ahr:144 max:164 shoes: VJ Falcons

made it to the start 20 seconds before I got called up because waking up wasn't working since I didn't get home until 11pm because of all the driving I had to do that could've been easily avoided if i didn't let guilt control me :)

Orienteering 1:48:13 [3] 9.99 km (10:50 / km) +288m 9:28 / km
ahr:149 max:193 shoes: VJ Falcons

was questioning why I do this sport. And why I'm on the national team. and how i might not make the JWOC team. and proceeded to have a massive breakdown because I couldn't run (nothing stopping me, just my brain).
horrible race.

Felt decent about it. Then I started thinking. And realized it was pretty disappointing.

Running 12:57 [3] 1.75 km (7:23 / km)
ahr:146 max:156 shoes: VJ Falcons

i was convinced to cooldown

Running (Lake Elkhorn ) 49:26 intensity: (25 @1) + (2:40 @2) + (21:28 @3) + (24:47 @4) + (6 @5) 7.57 km (6:32 / km) +25m 6:25 / km
ahr:161 max:183

ew pavement
ik I could have run anywhere else but also I was lazy so I chose the flattest area possible

got an inhaler, my doctor told me to use it before my runs and see if it helps. I definitely didn't feel like my throat was irritated or like there was cotton in it, so that's good. And I wasn't completely wheezing after my run. But while I was running it felt like I couldn't fully inhale. Like, it felt like my lungs were smaller than Im used to and I couldn't inhale as much air as usual. Dunno. Maybe it's me overthinking it since I was running without headphones and on pavement. I'll see (i have several upcoming doctor's appointments so that's fun).
