another failed run. two days in a row is hella disappointing.
Original plan was for 6x 45s hills, but I already felt pretty crap going into the run, so I settled for 3x 45s and 3x 30s. I made it through the 3x 45s and the first 30s, and then I felt so nauseous that even walking made me question if I needed to stop to throw up or not (and it's wildly rare for me to throw up, or genuinely think I'm going to). So I just walked back after sitting around for 10 minutes trying to get myself to at least do 2x 15s to get to 6 reps. Also there's no way my HR stayed that low. nuh uh.
Next time I'm not eating a whole chocolate bar before a run... (look man my back was hurting a lot and cramps weren't great, either, and ibuprofen failed me).
So, was it my fault I didn't finish this workout? yes. Am I still disappointed? of course.

all in all, shit.

green asf, like to the point that it just sucked. The course was good, interesting and technical, but running was practically impossible. On top of that, around control 6 I noticed that a part of my shoe sole almost ripped off :) my only intact running shoes are no longer intact :) all of my stuff is falling apart and I do not have the money or energy or time to buy new stuff :)
I also just overall felt like shit. Nothing specific, just low energy and not in the mood to deal with the green bs and the hills. The course was just 4.4km and I still quit maybe halfway through... just a bad day.
oh and ALSO I apparently didn't turn on my watch :) again :) this :) sucks :)

got Terka to navigate. she actually did really well for her first time. I tried to get her to run at my pace (y'know, slow, easy day stuff) but no she insisted on sprinting (her logic: the faster you are, the less time you're running, which fair enough), so I was dying... also I didn't use my inhaler because I'm stubborn? or I don't really even know why tbh

OW? I was so done after the first two intervals, after 3 I thought I couldn't do anymore, and the rest was just suffering. I swear last week these felt easier, at least I was able to cruise pretty well. I probably was just tired after last night, maybe I should've had more than 12 hrs between runs...

trying so hard to run truly in zone 2, but I couldn't even do that. I mean look at that pace. it was fucking awful. and I still kept getting into zone 3 when there was even the slightest bit of incline. all I did was give myself several massive mental breakdowns. it's been a while since a run made me feel this bad.
