racing my cousin as per usual (he beat me by 5 mins...) but also really enjoyed this, I've trained in this park before and often run here during long runs. I ended up going out a little harder than I should've. It was less green than I expected, until the last 5 controls, where it was just a sea of raspberry bushes, so that slowed me down quite a bit.

my HR was probably so high because I was reviewing my Quizlet during the run and thinking about my test today so stress. Also this is hopefully the last run in these shoes, I officially have new ones on the way... hope they fit

passed my first test! I nearly went crosseyed from how intensely I was looking at the rocks BUT the 88% was so worth it
