Stingers training. 6 x 1 min hills under the north end of the harbour bridge. Dogged the last couple.

To and from hill intervals, with Ben, Kerrin, Phoebe and Drew from scotland.

I think the lack of sleep from the world cup is slowly starting to mess with me.

Stingers training with Robbie, Ben, Prong and Clare. Pretty easy, I think Rob and Prong werent too good after their weekend of doing nothing.

Road Ride 46:00 [3]
Rode around the streets of Cammeray and Northbridge on the MTB. A few good hills here, so it was pretty good quality ride.

Ran the coast track from Otford to Bundeena with Ben and Andy. Phoebe and Jose did the last hour out and back. Did not feel good for one second of the run. Still very scenic though, and the weather had whipped up an 'angry sea' which was nice and dramatic. Very windy and cold. Did the run 15 mins quicker than last time, but it was 30 degrees colder today. At least. No joke.
A nice toasted sandwich and hazelnut latte before the arvo session.

Someone had the good idea to do sand hills after the 3hr morning run. So we did them. 10 x about 1-2 mins with about 2-3 mins rest. Bloody crazy but satisfying.

Raining like the clappers today, was kinda hard to get motivated to go. Good course by Andy, ran with Ben, Andy, Phoebe, Jose and Ezy. 5 or 6 courses, wet, great fun. Had to run through a torrent of Artarmons filth near the start when a course went through a drain. Just waiting now for my feet turn green and fall off.

Stingers hills training with Margo, Phoebe and Jose. 4 hills up either side of Tunks park, about 2 mins each. Felt fairly good.
