Sunday May 27

Orienteering race (Metro #2) 38:00 [3] *** 3.5 km (10:51 / km)
shoes: New Balance 781
At Helensburgh. Ran Division 3 because we dont have anyone else running these days, I dont really mind because I cant really be arsed about Metros any more. Nice run with a map, really was an orangey green course in standard but I didnt want to go bush too much. Didnt check the results, I hope I got top time!

Saturday May 26

MTB (Manly Dam) 45:00 [3]
shoes: Shimano MTB
Out to Manly Dam again this weekend, with much more confidence on the trail this time, cleaned most of the sections that I got off and walked last weekend. A bit slower pace than last week, but maybe it was just I was using less effort to do the same thing. Good fun, rode with Andys H and F.
Road Ride 1:15:00 [3]
shoes: Shimano MTB
To and from Manly Dam with Andy. Not looking for open bike shops on the way this time, so it was quicker. Few more mech probs with bike than last week though.
Portage 5:00 [5]
Carried a kayak from the car to the edge of the water. Apparently its training.

Sunday May 20

MTB (Manly Dam) 50:00 [3]
shoes: Shimano MTB
Great loop of Manly Dam. I think there is only one loop track allowed for MTBers, there were a fair few there. Went with Fairley and his mate Bob.
Road Ride (on MTB) 1:40:00 [3]
shoes: Shimano MTB
To and from home and Manly Dam. Bloody nice day, wish I owned a hilltop house at Seaforth near the spit, looking towards the heads. Unbelieveable views.
C • haha, you and the rest of sydney, sure would be sweet to live there though. 3
