Saturday Aug 5

run long 1:45:00 [3]
slept:7.0 shoes: Asics 1090
Ran back from Margos dads place in Manly to Cammeray, along the Manly to Spit Bridge run and then roads, after an all-arvo lunch so the stomach was flippin a bit at the start. Felt pretty good otherwise. It started to get dark along the trail so I took it easy for the last bit to the bridge.
Really nice views.
Went and watched WOC relay at rob's and realised what I had missed out on all week. Great running girls.
C • good work 2

Thursday Aug 3

run tempo 1:05:00 [4] 16 km (4:04 / km)
slept:6.0 weight:73kg shoes: asics 1110
Around the Brisbane foreshore, across a pedestrian bridge and along the other side, felt like I really hammered on this one, tried to keep 4min k's and did so.
Very satisfied.
Have not heard peep from my knee for the last week, great!

Wednesday Aug 2

run 35:00 [3] 7 km (5:00 / km)
slept:7.0 shoes: asics 1110
Run along Brisbane foreshore in the morning, still dark but warm enough to only wear o-top. Nice.
Started work at 7 so real early run. I hate mornings.

Tuesday Aug 1

run long 1:35:00 [3] 20 km (4:45 / km)
slept:6.0 shoes: asics 1110
Great run around the Brisbane River foreshore. They have a great walkway/cycleway system here and I ran along both sides of the river for 40 mins without ever having to road run. The walkway even goes out onto the river at one spot, felt like Jesus for a while!
Great weather, relaxed, easy to get around, cheap, no wonder so many people are moving here.

Monday Jul 31

run 40:00 [3] 8 km (5:00 / km)
slept:7.0 weight:73kg shoes: asics 1110
Around the Brisbane foreshore in the dark in the morning before work. Its real warm and nice.
Felt weird as I always do when running straight after getting up.
