Orienteering 1:10:00 [2]
slept:5.0 shoes: asics 1110
Remapped most of UTS Kuringgai for the park race tomorrow. Just jogged from place to place, here and there checking the place out. Also ran from Lindfield station there and back at a more robust pace.
Getting some consistent, but pretty piss poor quality training happening which is good. Sleep might also help to whip the dead donkey named Motivation.

Saturday Jan 27

run 35:00 [3]
slept:6.0 shoes: asics 1110
To Andys place via Tunks Park before the start of Simon Mc's bucks day.
Drinking session followed. Didnt go hard, but went long.

Friday Jan 26

run 25:00 [3]
slept:6.0 shoes: asics 1110
Just a run around Cammeray streets in the evening. Need to get new shoes i think, left achlles is a bit unhappy.

Wednesday Jan 24

Event: TOOL

Orienteering race (Summer Series) 45:00 [4] **
spiked:22/30c slept:6.0 shoes: asics 1110
At Cremorne, which was nice and convenient. Felt like I was pulling a dead donkey around the course, he was especially stubborn up the hills. Got 380, Andy got 490 so there is a bit of work to do.
The course was not particularly good, there was a bunch of controls to the west away from all the rest that I reckon it would have been crazy to get unless you made a point of getting them all (and being really late).

Went to Muse tonight after being offered a ticket by Matt. Havent been a huge fan, like them a bit, but can honestly say they are awesome live, better than on their albums.
run warm up/down 20:00 [2]
Ran to and from home to summer series with Margo. Not often an event is only 10 minutes from your front door. Our apartment block didnt quite make it onto the map by about 20m - boo.

Tuesday Jan 23

run 25:00 [2] 4.5 km (5:33 / km)
shoes: asics 1110
Dodgy little run just because I felt I should do something. Around Cammeray Golf Course, rained most of the way which was a nice change.

Monday Jan 22

run race (Sydney Park Series) 15:53 [4] ** 2.8 km (5:40 / km) vdot: 31.8
slept:7.0 shoes: asics 1110
Started well enough, but I new what was coming. The body collapsed like a house of cards after 10 minutes. Pushed through to the end, but I am not too happy with my fitness at all. Shameful.
One bonus is not being able to run fast enough to make mistakes, so the run was pretty clean.
run warm up/down 35:00 [2]
shoes: asics 1110
Warm up, and collected controls with prong and andy afterwards.
