Sunday Mar 4

run warm up/down 37:00 [2] 5 km (7:24 / km)
slept:7.0 shoes: Asics 2100
To from home and around Tunks Park, and jogging recovery between intervals.
run intervals 10:00 [5] 3 km (3:20 / km)
shoes: Asics 2100
Six intervals around the oval at Tunks Park. The lap was pretty close to 500m I think, I did 1'30, 1'30, 1'26, 1'26, 1'24, 1'24. Felt a little ordinary but got into it near the end, I guess you can see by the times. Stopped when I couldnt be bothered doing more. 1'30 rest between each one.

Saturday Mar 3

run long 1:45:00 [3] 21 km (5:00 / km)
slept:8.0 weight:72kg shoes: Nike Stucture Triax 9
Went from home to Manly including the Manly to Spit Bridge track. Bit of a struggle this arvo, pretty tired from last night, stayed up until 3 finishing a big jigsaw puzzle!
Also the reason I dogged the run from Robs place in the morning.
C • Ha ha proof that getting marri... 2

Friday Mar 2

run 35:00 [3] 7 km (5:00 / km)
slept:5.0 weight:72kg shoes: Nike Stucture Triax 9
Short jaunt around Long Reef with Simon Mc. Felt really good, had a couple of beers after which went down even better after finding out I had finally finished my Masters degree.
C • Good one! Congratulations. 3

Wednesday Feb 28

Orienteering race (Summer Series) 45:00 [4] ** 10 km (4:30 / km)
slept:7.0 shoes: New Balance 781
At Pottery Green this week, first time I have been for months. Started out ok, and went through some good phases, but also some poor ones as well. Didnt really feel like I had the legs. Got 410 i think, Andy probably got over 500.

Tuesday Feb 27

run 56:00 [3] 11 km (5:05 / km)
slept:7.0 shoes: Nike Stucture Triax 9
Good run down to Tunks Park and out to Hallstrom Pt and back along the Northbridge Track. Felt pretty good, unticking the injury box now because the leg felt solid the whole way, even up The Bastard (new name for the stair hill from Tunks Park to my place).

Monday Feb 26

run warm up/down 27:00 [3] 5 km (5:24 / km)
slept:7.0 shoes: Asics 2100
I guess you could it a warm/down, because I was going to/from intervals. But it was at normal pace. Down to Balls Head from home Andy drove me most of the way home because it was pouring rain and I cant handle running in the rain any more.
run intervals 55:00 [4] *** 10 km (5:30 / km)
(injured) shoes: Asics 2100
Longish reps at Balls Head with Andy, Prong , Ezy and NSW Stinger. 2 sprint orienteering courses thrown into the mix as well. Didnt really keep the pace with the rest, just kept a solid pace. Calf pulled up well. Pouring rain most of the time so everyone seemed a bit rattled.
