| Really slow run. Felt tired, unfit and full of junk food.
Had a trip to Century Zinc Mine (200km N of Mt Isa)from Wed to today, so spent most of the time on planes or in the mining camp. Didnt run in the camp because i didnt know if i was allowed and fear of snakes lying on the warm roads at night. Working 6 to 6 so no chance of day runs. |

| 10 x sprints across Gore Hill Oval (however wide an AFL oval is - 130m?) with jog recovery. Just after tuna pasta bake, extra cheese, yes seconds please. Felt very cheesy the whole time. |
