| Long run around the harbour foreshore from home, down to Neutral Bay and around to Clifton Gardens. Completely died from there and struggled home, wanted to do more but physically couldnt. |

| Out to Balmoral and back via Mosman and Cremorne. Took it pretty easy but felt pretty good despite sore knees at the start. |

| Went down to the harbour at Neutral Bay, through some back streets to Kurrara Pt and back up through Cremorne. Felt pretty good.
Margo got some cool new scales as part of her new nursing job. They tell the full sorry tale of body fat %, gut fat %, etc. I can definitely take the results as 'something to work on'. |

| Stock standard run around the streets of Cammeray and Cremorne at night after dinner. Felt pretty good despite most of a pizza sloshing about. |

| 4 x 250m with 250m jog recovery. Each one got faster, from 40secs to 36 secs. Really just trying to do something interesting on a short run. |
