| Started out with good intentions but the legs have definitely not recovered from last weekend. Got almost to 4, then sat on a rock for 10 mins and ponder nothing in particular, then got up and loped home via the last few controls. Happy to run with a map. |

| Got out on a nice morning to see if I would have any hope of completing tomorrows course. The jury was still out when I finished. |

| Didnt feel too bad, thought I was going to feel way worse, but I seem to recover from these long runs ok. Let it go for 4 days before running again, cant be too sure you havent recovered yet :-)
The worst thing was running at 7am. |
