| Sit and spin in front of telly at the Lindfield flat, just to do something. Took longer to set up and take apart than the actual spin, but finding out how comfy my new top (Caisse d'Espargne, sorry Cadel it was on special) and pants are was worth it. |

| O-ints at Blackman Pk with Ben, Andy, Prong, J-Z and Phoebe. Didnt feel too bad, ITB a bit bad, and felt real hungry from the start. Dogged the last one with no energy. Really fun and glad we are starting to do these sessions again. |
