Slowish easy run around Balls Head just to turn the legs over. Then out for the day to Sydney it up and get some stuff for saturday. Then lots of stretching.
Quite a bit colder than I'm used to - went out for the run in a heavy icebreaker running top and was a little surprised to be overheated quickly. Good way to help gauge the clothing requirements for the weekend.

Run home with full new pack. Nice and comfy. Time to rest legs for the weekend, maybe one more short easy run on wednesday.
