Fartlek session round the Warriston triangle - 10 x 1min brisk, 1min float. Felt pretty good so kept the pace up on the efforts and recovery. Turned after the 5th recovery and ran the loop back in reverse.
Mile splits - 6.02, 6.16, 5.57 (middle one slower due to turn).
Good to get over 5km. Running with Marco and Paddy. Perfect cool conditions.
