Garmin watch now thinks I'm a lot less fit due to all these slow runs at a high HR. Vo2 max down to 49 and 10k predictor at 44mins!

Run from the hotel up to Hinterglemm then up to the Zwolferkogel top station to meet T & H. All uphill albeit very gradual at first. Quite tough though kept the effort steady using the HRM. Sun beating down on the top half of the climb.
