Ran from Balvormie up Cockleroi, Witch Craig, Guthries, South edge, root descent, round loch, Hill House loop then back. Legs very sluggish to start with but better in 2nd half. Some of the trails a bit overgrown. Nice sunny morning.

Walk with T & H from Whinlatter to Barf and back. Just got to the top before the mist rolled in from Lords Seat. Very enjoyable walk. Hanna still insisting on running the downhills!
Walk with T & H from White Moss along Loughrigg Traverse then up to Loughrigg itself. Nice route. Quite hazy and higher hills clagged in.

Run from Old Dungeon Ghyll in Langdale up the Band to Bowfell then over Crinkle Crags and back via the Brown Howe descent. Clagged in on the tops though lifted a bit during run. Very warm & humid lower down, sweating buckets! Terrain was very rough going, though enjoyed it. Bumped into the Hammonds (Paul, James & Rebecca) as I was coming off Crinkle Crags who were doing my route in reverse though had added on Pike O Blisco to start with! Had paid for 2 hours of parking so just back in the nick of time!

Climbed Whiteside from the west then continued along the ridge to Hopegill Head and Grisedale Pike. Descended down towards Braithwaite, but cut left into the woods towards Noble Knott but headed instead back through the woods to finish at Whinlatter. Great run, especially the ridge run, though in the mist for a while above 700m. Legs felt back to normal, going quite well.

Same route as Saturday but without the out & back bit on railway line, i.e. railway, Latrigg by east ridge and down zig zags. Legs okish on flat and climb but quads very nippy on the descent. Rain came on at the top.
