Hill Running 1:44:31 [3] 8.57 mi (12:12 / mi) +990m 8:58 / mi

Run with Dave from Alva Glen. Headed direct up towards The Nebit, but once onto the Land Rover track turned left along the track to the spout of Craighorn Bridge. Climbed Craighorn from there then took Dave direct to Ben Ever, so the steep down then up. Starting to like that route! Not sure Dave did but good training! Carried on over Ben Cleuch and Andrew Gannel before descending down the old Maddy Moss traverse path descent to Tilli. Left Dave in Tilli and finished at the shops. Quite a blustery day with a strong west wind, but run suited the weather. Some cloud on the tops and some rain on Craighorn. Hills deserted! Felt strong to BC though was fading a little towards the end.

Steady effort round a course which was quite physical in places. Fair bit of time loss at #6 where the map was pretty iffy, and the going was rough. Lost a bit more time hacking through grot to #12.

Fairly easy run to Corstorphine Hill and back via Ravelston. Usual top loop. Nice, cool & sunny. Felt quite good. Bumped into Dougie Shiell for a 5min chat on the hill. He was walking 7 hills reverse.

Ran down to meet the guys at Warriston, then just continued on my own anti-clockwise round the cycle path loop back to work. Legs not the smoothest but functioning.
