Run by loch then up to Beecraigs and Cockleroi and back. Ran fairly brisk for much of it though effort wasn't sustained throughout and never that hard. Strong westerly wind but sunny.

Run from Alva Glen, up the landrover track up the glen to the back of Craighorn, Ben Buck, Ben Cleuch, Ben Ever and back with Dave. Fairly steady pace the whole way since Dave on the comeback trail. Nice cool conditions with mist around 500m. Breezy and baltic on Ben Cleuch.

Run to Balgreen, up the south side of Corstorphine Hill and back via Craigleith. Didn't feel up for strides & circuits due to dodgy stomach but was fine on a steady run.

Stomach has been dodgy past day or so, so had to head to the loo on the edge of the park before heading up the tourist climb where I met up again with Dave, Jill & Derek who'd gone up the bog & pipers. Headed on up to Nether, rapid tourist descent since it was quite quiet for once, then up the Dasses and Crags to finish. Mist sitting on top of AS and nice & cool. Great running conditions. Thankfully stomach was fine.
