Run up the Avon to Muiravonside. Did a big anti-clockwise loop, then back by the Avon. Trails really dry which takes some going. Really enjoyed it. Took it fairly easy.

Run to Cockleroi and back direct from the house. Felt ok though a little tired due to being up during the night (Hanna vomit bug). No doubt we'll be next! Nice though chilly morning. Unusual frost in May.

Run from the car park to the top of Cockleroi and down to the gate as a warm up.

Hill session on Cockleroi with Hanna & Tracey - 2 x full climb/descent (3.30, 3.21), 3x short climb/descent (1.01, 0.56, 1.01), walk to top then long descent quick (0.52). Warm down to the car. Good fun.

Session - 5 x 5mins (90secs). Didn’t really need a session but decided to run it steadier. In the end kept pace with Cameron and certainly wasn’t easy. Decent effort though. Did 3 out and 2 back so slight uphill on way out.
