Met up with the FVH Sunday run group at Muiravonside (juniors plus coaches). Went a run to the Avon, down the Avon to Linlithgow, then back. Trails pretty muddy. Shin generally ok but could feel it a bit in last couple of miles. Off road definitely better for it. Felt pretty good in the first couple of miles.

Run from work out the cycle path and back. And fairly tentatively hoping for no shin pain and had very little in first mile but it did build up gradually towards the end, albeit a lot better than Tuesday. Progress at least but not as good as I'd hoped.

Run to Carrick Knows GC and back. Shorter than planned as shin pain returned within first mile, similar to Friday. Definitely better walking but not much running, so likely more rest required. Ran round grass on way back through Roseburn Park which was significantly better so that's an option.
