Walk up Cockleroi from Balvormie while Tracey went a run. Stormy weather.

Up to Beecraigs via Hill House then did a loop in the woods via loch car park and back. Very windy due to Storm Ciara though was dry until a few hefty showers in the last couple of miles. Felt tired so took it steady.

Went to Grangemouth for an indoor session with Hanna and Tracey. 10min WU, drills, 6 strides, sprints 3 x 50m, 3 x 70m, 2 x 100m, 1 x 50m, 7min WD. Good session to wake the legs back up again. Most enjoyable.

Tempo run to Corstorphine Hill and back, going over the top on the way out to the north end and coming back via the East Beast. Ran the beast fairly hard by just equalled PR. Still a bit muddy but not too bad. Nice conditions. Getting there (slowly)...

Session at Warriston - 3 x Warriston Big Loop Anti-Clockwise (starting every 12mins). Lap times - 10.17, 10.16, 10.21. Pretty even pacing. The GPS paces for the laps were 6.06, 6.09, 6.06 which shows the potential discrepancy in using GPS data. Decent session. Starting to feel a bit better although pace no great shakes. Nice spring-like conditions. A bit of a headwind in the park. Miles behind Robert but not too far behind Andy/Stuart.

Run with the FVH kids round a loop via Rannoch Park and the flats/school. Ran with Hanna at the back of the group. She's starting to run a bit better again (like us all!) post bugs.
