Run in Aberfoyle on the old trial course, 2 long laps with 1 long climb and 1 steep one. Feeling pretty rubbish. Seem to have had a low level cold for weeks and also a very sore throat, maybe from my new inhaler. Started off in fog and ran up into lovely sunshine with fantastic views. Way overdressed as was freezing at the carpark.
Then nice day at orienteering with white course with Hanna and Katie and fab maze courses.

Beecraigs run. Horrible fog in town but luckily it was an inversion and I was out into the beautiful sunshine by the top of Preston Road. Ochils looking amazing with the tops poking out from the fog.
