Men's sprint. Nice to see an Austrian win.
Lungs struggling again so back to the bike.

Men's 50km at Lahti. Great race and amazing 4th place for Andrew Musgrave. Best ever placing by a Brit at worlds. Commentators talking about Britain having a long term plan to be one of the top nations and getting someone from Team Sky/British Cycling to head it. That will be interesting.

Hospital appt so didn't have time to watch 15km or the NoKo due to bad timing. Imposs to catch up as on again tomorrow plus next biathlon starts. Argh!
Physio at hospital seemed rather over-impressed that I'd done the exercises she'd given me. Maybe I'm her only keen patient.
