went for a good jog at my gym

weights 10:00 [5]

i leg pressed on as much wieght as my legs could handle and i am really tired now..it was a true work out,,even though it was only for 10 min. hopefully it will get better

WOW! just 10 min on the gym''s stair stepper twas a work out. tomaro i am going to go for 15 min and im prove as much as i can'
