mowed my lawn with a non propelled lawnmower..it wasnt easy to push but wasnt hard..better than just sittin and playin vigi games

did about 10 min of calf steps up and down..diddnt do much traing today so ill make up for it tomaro

i leg pressed on as much wieght as my legs could handle and i am really tired now..it was a true work out,,even though it was only for 10 min. hopefully it will get better

Tatyana made an exersise for La Porte to do. The first map had no vegitation and was missing alot of things. the second ad everything, the point in the exersise was to teach us how to go straight to a handrail and not go around. This exersise was very usefull
