Strength & Conditioning (World Class Athlete Work) 1:36:33 [4]

Met the Army's Olympic cohort today in the World Class Athlete Program! Absolutely inspirational group to include the fastest US 5k runner and an Olympic marathoner (names escape me). Absolutely incredible people. One Captain (Greco-Roman Wrestling Olympian) knew COL Read as a sponsor!

Key takaways:
1. readiness - always have a routine to warm up and prepare for practice or a race. It prepares your muscles and mind. Sprinting exercises with runners in the group.
2. resilience - reset after failure. Take a deep breath and push on, refocusing on goals. Taekwondo circuit with taekwondo Olympian.
3. breathing - don't forget to breath throughout whatever work you're doing! Bodyweight workout with wrestling champion
4. mental imagery - picture yourself winning, performing well, and fulfilling your potential. Shadow boxing with top ranked boxer.
