Rest - knees felt wrecked from falls

Running long (Seven Hills Trail Harr.) 3:00:00 [5] 12.68 mi (14:12 / mi) +616m 12:20 / mi
shoes: Salamon Speedcross 3 - B

Monster hill run with Justin and Gino. SUPER glad I brought water along. The trail wasn't kidding when it said seven hills, haha. Got very technical at parts where we couldn't not run and had to climb/hike. On the chill second half around lake Sebago, we stumbled upon "Chernobyl Campground" as we would call it: an abandoned beach site that looked like it was from the 90s or 80s. We're talking swing set without swings and rusty, dilapidated buildings all locked up, overgrown beaches, etc. Weird, but cool for sure.

Since I'm wearing glasses until my surgery, I ended up falling 8 times to the detriment of my knees! Sport sunglasses (with prescription embedded) already ordered and en route - that should fix that!

Running (Breakneck Straight UP ) 1:06:01 [4] 5.41 mi (12:12 / mi) +300m 10:25 / mi
shoes: Salamon Speedcross 3 - B

Beautiful adventure run up Breakneck with Nate, Riley, and James. Hit the top for a perfect sunset - while Sam and Justin were on Storm King across the river! The trek down lead us to some strange ruins, including an entire manor - all while it being twilight. Somewhat spooky! Very cool though.

Spent the last week supervising Dave as he ran OSW! Very little sleep but fully happy hearts with the best OSW I've ever been at (best campfire and best military skills competition!)

Land Navigation (Military Orienteering) (OSW (Assorted Duties)) 5:00:00 [3]

I should put like 40+ hours here, but this is just a placeholder used for this past weekend's OSW!

Running hills 41:23 [4] 5.47 mi (7:34 / mi) +200m 6:48 / mi
shoes: Salamon Speedcross 3 - B

Great run with great people! VERY much needed after a stressful week and weekend of pure OSW prep!
