Having injured myself some weeks ago and found out the hard way that I couldn't run, this was a welcome return to scoring endorphins. I can't do much still, and I have an assessment and scan lined up next month, and this was half walk, half run, as my right knee is still far from being right again, and the left one isn't much better.
Compared to the 0.25k I managed 12 days earlier, this was a huge improvement, and I felt great afterwards just to have run, stretched my legs and got my heart pumping once again.
Thanks to Cari for the encouragement, I might not have done this otherwise.
