Did W21s as training for nationals. It was hot and physically hard, made a minor error exiting control 10.

did a school gym class.

Running (Afternoon Run) 44:34 [3] 7.2 km (6:11 / km) +145m 5:37 / km
shoes: Nike Flex training shoe

Did a fast 2km and 1km.

Wednesday Aug 30 #

Running (School Athletics Training) 34:00 [3] 3.6 km (9:27 / km) +54m 8:47 / km

Did 8x45sec with 3min break between each one.

Tuesday Aug 29 #

Running (Afternoon Run) 1:21:00 [3] 10.6 km (7:38 / km) +200m 6:59 / km
shoes: Nike Flex training shoe

Ran a 2x800m and 1x400. The rest I jogged, also had to walk a little as I got a stitch from the food I had just eaten.

Sunday Aug 27 #

Orienteering (Sprint Course) 17:02 [3] 3.3 km (5:10 / km) +50m 4:48 / km

First Sprint course at Mt Barker. I mispunched because I didn't see control four on the map and ran straight past it.

Orienteering (Sprint Orienteering) 12:23 [3] 2.2 km (5:38 / km) +37m 5:12 / km

2nd Course. cold but fun! :) Overall result didn't count as I miss-punched on the first course. :(
