Got heaps of stitches :( and lots of animals on road! Training was supposed to be a long run at around 5 or 6 min pace but it changed. I ended up running a 3kmish warm up and sprinting (running fast on the first one and getting slower each one) 1kmish 3 times. Then went going home with random sprints on the way.
