Orienteering (Pit water) 45:16 [3] 4.01 km (11:17 / km) +25m 10:57 / km

Sanddunes are hard!! tricky nav but really enjoyed it!

Running (run along beach and walk) 25:10 [3] 2.71 km (9:17 / km) +40m 8:39 / km
shoes: barefoot

Walking (walking to car and start) 1:10:00 [3] 4.7 km (14:54 / km) +26m 14:30 / km

Orienteering (easter 3 days day 3) 33:40 [3] 4.9 km (6:52 / km) +126m 6:05 / km

First control went ok almost had a lot of trouble. Control 2 i didn't know what the brown triangles were and almost missed the control. Controls 5 the bearing was a bit out but came back on track quickly. I could have done control 8 better because i was starting to straight ling things without looking at map and got halfway up the hill and saw that i could have made a lot of mistakes but headed a bit high so that i came down on the control. Going to control 9 saw Winnie and em tried so hard to over take them ( which i did YAY) Overall I went good felt like i was running slow at the start but placed well.

Orienteering (easter 3 days day 3 ) 1:00:14 [3] 7.83 km (7:42 / km) +220m 6:45 / km

After control 2 I was happy that i hadn't stuffed up heaps I lost a little time around both controls but nothing serious. Control 4, 5, 6 , 7 and 8 were all simple run along creek until a feature and get control was trying to run fast so that Tara wouldn't catch me but at control 7 lost the pace a but. Control 9 and 10 were so painful made a little mistake at 10 becuase I was getting tired, Tara caught me up and we ran 11 together. But she got ahead of me for 12, 13, 14 and 15 could see her in the distance tho. Overall had a good run but found out i need to work on my fitness.

Orienteering (Day 1 eater 3 days) 39:00 [3] 4.9 km (7:58 / km) +103m 7:12 / km

Control 1 was good. control 2 I was planing my rout while running along the path, I planed to be low and run to the control via 3 (so that I could get a really fast split to 3) but while i was planing that i had already run 100m up the track meaning i was no longer low...realised this after 11min of searching. control 4 i came out the way I cam which forced me to go around to 5 ( Learn't that I should look at my map!) The rest of the controls were ok just slow.

most of the controls were ok just slow ( I was saving my energy (big mistake)) control 6 went around passable green which cost me around 15sec the rest of course a bit of mistakes and slow running
