Running 1:00:00 [3]

Followed up after the paddle with the run. Good mix of ups and downs. Legs feeling good and feel the last few months of training building up and paying off now.
In some ways i wish i could go find a trail race to go and let lose on right now.

Road Biking 1:30:00 [3]

Haven't done a road ride in over 2 months!!! I guess tapering for GZ won't hurt to be a roadie for a morning. Biked into a no-joke head wind though.

MISC long 3:35:00 [4]

This is way cool. Actually got paid to do this. Had to paddle with 2 clients over to Mistletoe Bay (2.5hrs) get them on there mtn bike. Loaded their kayak on the water taxi and paddle back on my own, But Nooooooo. I choose to paddle back. The wind was picking even more, but this time i had a tail wind and literally flew home. Paddle a single kayak and aiming to keep a high cadence. I paddled back to Picton in 65mins. What fun. It hurt but to be able to feel the waves pick me up and surf some pretty decent rides was way cool

Running tempo 1:30:00 [4]

Did a hard tempo run this am. After a good 25min warm up, really got into it. Didn't run early as its hard to run fast really early.

A great day with Scott, having arriving from ass cold MN the day before. He has had no time on the water (all frozen) so we did a run-paddle-run day. 90mins paddling 3hrs running (on the Queen Charlotte Track) then a 90min paddle back. Big tail wind on the way home, made for some good wave riding... even in a big slow double kayak
