Was actually feeling pretty good at the halfway point, cruised into the lead and on track for 16:30-40ish but then hit the wall massively and couldn't find the motivation to push through it so very slow for the last couple of ks. I knew my shape had dropped over the last few weeks though so not really a surprise.
