Felt quite good in the first tempo but struggled through the last couple of 2min reps. I thought Will originally said we'd do 10 of the hills so it was a nice surprise when he said "last one" before the 5th. Then the last 5min was along undulating single track so not too worried about pace, more just concentrating on holding good form.
