Was looking forward to racing with no pressure and actually feeling pretty good before it. Then as soon as I started my plan went out the window and I orienteered like trash. Flustered, got the key route choices wrong (45s+ lost from this alone) a few hesitations/starting to head down dead ends and felt flat physically. Another opportunity wasted, sick of not performing when it counts recently and got to sort myself out.
