Sprint ints in small groups at Stenhagen. Having a great time but then halfway through took a tumble on some ice and cut open my knee. Stumbled my way back to the start and managed to clean out most of the big bits of gravel that were stuck in there. Still getting used to swedes, no one in my mass start group seemed to notice/care that I was clearly in quite a lot of pain and then dropped off part way through the training and afterwards everyone seemed a lot more serious about collecting controls than worrying about the gaping hole in my knee?

Eventually got myself to the hospital where I was stitched up by an Afghani doctor who had me slightly worried when he didn't get the anesthetic right at first but we had some good chats about the cricket so all g.
