Easter Sprint, really clean race and so happy with how it went, particularly the school section. I knew I was in pretty good shape but didn't expect a result this good, especially as I hadn't really been focusing on sprints in my training.

Run with the cross country squad at school. Everyone else was doing a time trial but I didn't want to do that this close to easter so I just cruised around running with some of the younger kids.

Couldn't go to the relays this morning so did the M20 course from the 2013 vic long champs at chewton instead. Overall I was really happy with this run, made a couple of very small errors in the circle and had a bit of a slow period in the middle but other than that it was good. Would have just beaten matt although I think it might be a bit thicker in parts now than what it was back then.
