Didn't really have any plans for today so headed down to franga to go for a long run with the nankervii. Started at cape schanck lighthouse and went along the clifftops for the first 3k or so which was pretty nice. After that we stuck on the two bays track heading inland which had a a gradual but pretty much constant climb for the next 8k. Ash and Brodie were definitely struggling after a big night last night but I felt nice and strong throughout. Really happy that I chose to come down for this run, nice scenery and trails the whole way.
No train trip on the frankston line would be complete without a few shifty looking blokes and I definitely got a few of them on the way back.

Sprint into spring at Deakin uni, great courses and area. My run was definitely below par, kept making small mistakes and hesitations throughout the course. Probably a bit as a result of coming from a tough week of exams and training, just didn't feel like I was concentrating on my orienteering processes enough.

Training exercise after the sprint. Two head to head sprints racing Todd. Focused on reading the map more and trying to get more information off it which started to make a bit of a difference.

40min threshold run plus warm up/down. Legs were feeling a bit heavy near the beginning but loosened up by the end.
