12x400m on a 2min cycle. Made a lot harder than it should have been through doing it on a not at all oval shaped oval at school with a lot of corners, a strong head wind for one half of it and muddy surface for the other half. So the 400m times were a lot slower than they would normally be but kept them reasonably consistent so I guess thats ok.
