Headed up into the downs for the first time and found some really nice areas. Pretty cold/wet/muddy/rainy/cloudy but that's to be expected I guess.

Got really lucky in that there was a whole bunch of gym stuff left in my room (including a huge tub of protein powder) so I'm really well set up to do strength work. Started with a pretty basic body weight circuit to ease back into it but I'll be able to build it up well over the next few months

First run in the uk exploring the grounds of my home for the year. Not even that cold, real nice place for running and saw 11 squirrels so a pretty successful run all up. Still a bit jetlagged but starting to get over it
