Up to Goodwood and the trundle. Did an extra loop that I probably didn't need to do so had to smash out a bit of a tempo for the last 20-30 minutes to get back in time. Also had a bit of fun descending the steep bit of the trundle, snuck a glance down at my watch to see I was sitting on a cheeky 2:25 pace

Bit tired beforehand and trying to use these next couple of weeks to ease back into training so started off pretty conservatively on the first couple of reps. Was actually feeling decent once I got going so pushed a little more for the last two. 1.33,1.32, 1.31, 1.34, 1.37

SE sprints at Sussex Uni
First course was pretty rapid and mainly in the student accommodation. Picked the traps ok and clean enough with my orienteering to get a bit of a lead on Jack going into the second race.

SE Sprints part 2
Took a few route choices that weren't quite the best but no major time losses. Went full thierry at one point, felt something on my leg and looked down to find a bee trying to attack me. Tried to swat it off with my map but it'd already stung me so just had to cop it.
