Up to Goodwood and the trundle. Did an extra loop that I probably didn't need to do so had to smash out a bit of a tempo for the last 20-30 minutes to get back in time. Also had a bit of fun descending the steep bit of the trundle, snuck a glance down at my watch to see I was sitting on a cheeky 2:25 pace

Bit tired beforehand and trying to use these next couple of weeks to ease back into training so started off pretty conservatively on the first couple of reps. Was actually feeling decent once I got going so pushed a little more for the last two. 1.33,1.32, 1.31, 1.34, 1.37
