Trying out training with a new group in Brighton. Some really good guys who I got sucked into sticking with for the first two although I dropped away a bit on the 10 because it felt like they did that at the same speed even though the 5s were meant to be quicker. Did the rest of the session sitting at the front of the next group back because I was a bit cooked. I think it'll be a really good challenge for me to try to stick it out with the front guys so I'll work towards that over the next few weeks as I start to get some decent shape back.
