Drifted off from one of the corridors but fixed it pretty quickly. Other than that, clean enough just a little slow in the circle with spotting some small features in the snow.

Progression along the canal starting at a very cruisy 4:10 and dropping by 5s each time. Nice and comfortable until the last k where my legs just didn't want to go faster than 3:25s. The queen was in Chichester today but didn't run into her which was a bit disappointing.

Quite a speedyy group but felt surprisingly strong tonight: Some new guy in the group was way back for most of the session then tried to outsprint me on the last rep but I dug deep and put him back in his box. He was wearing a really wanky hat thing and runs for the vegan club (nothing against vegans just think racing for a team based around your diet is stupid) so didn't want to give him the satisfaction.
