Felt so good to be back out in the bush again and quite a tricky but fun course. Was orienteering ok but not reading ahead enough so a bit stop-starty.

Attempt at Studley Parkrun. Felt pretty normal for the first k or two and was sitting in nicely in the group with Will, Peter and Aston, then just felt really flat physically and knew I should pull back. So jogged the second half of the course and had to use a lot of self control to hold back as all kinds of people (including a guy pushing a toddler) overtook me.
