6x1k (60") with the group along the trail at Langford's aqueduct.
A lot less people this week and it was mainly the good ones left. Was more sensible this time and forced myself to have the full minute recovery which made it a lot more manageable. First 4 were consistent enough (3:20ish) but then the group I was with took shorter recoveries and I held back to give myself the full time which meant I was in a gap and a bit slower for the last two.

Nice cruisy easy run up to ropers lookout then around the lake for a bit with Pete. Ankle started to settle down so think that's going to be all g now.

Bit of an epic with Brodie, Pete and Will.
First hour or so was everything a longrun should be - nice views, nice trails, solid climbs, good chat. Managed to tick off Victoria's third highest mountain ("unnamed peak") and a strong nominee for the title of Victoria's worst maintained trail. About 5ks of steep, dangerously rocky path that was so overgrown that we kept losing it and had no idea what was under our feet. Went over on my ankle early and was pussy footing around for the rest of the run and not having much fun at all in the last hour. Good mental challenge to get over although this probably wasn't the ideal week to attempt this kind of thing and we all got very dehydrated.

Mona
First half with Brodie and feeling alright but the last few days started catching up with me and the legs started feeling pretty heavy. Pretty consistent pace in the efforts but slowed down the floats quite a bit in the second half.

Started out with Aston and we were both pretty fired up so set the pace a bit quicker than planned. Managed to stick it out well enough although the session got a bit weird because everyone seemed to be doing different numbers or reps at different speeds.
