Did a very short middle course trying to apply some of the ideas from the rest of the weekend. Two slight misses on short compass controls but otherwise felt quite comfortable/speedy through the terrain.

Pacing Zoe around Bendigo parkrun as her OA time trial because I'm doing mine on the track on Tuesday. Considering going into a career as a professional pacer because I was pretty on it.

Kooyoora morning session
Started at Melville caves and did a course in three sections; start practice, compass then a middle course. Overshot one short control in the green and had to search around a bit for the tapes but overall pretty clean.

Took it pretty easy so wasn't particularly challenging but still a nice cruisy way to start the camp.

Took the chance to go out at night given we were staying in the Norfolk hero map. First couple of controls were in a bit that they've made into a mtb park so the map made absolutely no sense. After that I got into it more and had a really good time.

4xBondarenkos (going straight from one set to the next)
Solo at the track in Burwood. Much easier to get through on the track than when I tried to do this session on grass a couple of weeks ago. Paces for the reps were pretty consistent but the floats became less floaty as I went on.
